Before the Court is appellant's December 18, 2024 motion for an extension of time to file its opening brief. Appellant explains in the motion that the appellate record is incomplete and that it has requested a supplemental clerk's record and an additional reporter's record. We ORDER the requested supplemental clerk's and reporter's records be filed no later than January 10, 2025.
We DENY appellant's motion as premature. Appellant's brief will be due after the later-filed of the requested supplemental clerk's record or reporter's record.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Dallas County Clerk John Warren; Official Court Reporter Sheryl Ann Dennie; and all parties.
