This case is currently calendared on the Court's Honolulu, Hawaii, remote trial session, scheduled to begin April 11, 2022. On April 8, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the status of this case. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that this case is set for a status hearing at a time and date certain of 10:00 a.m. (Hawaii time) on Thursday, April 14, 2022. The parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on Monday, April 11, 2022.
