ORDER


After making an independent review of the pleadings, files, and records in this case, and the report and recommendation of the bankruptcy judge, the court concludes that the report and recommendation are correct. It is therefore ordered that the report and recommendation of the bankruptcy judge are adopted.

Accordingly, the court grants defendant DaimlerChrysler Motors Company, L.L.C.'s September 25, 2002 motion to transfer venue pursuant to standing order of reference of bankruptcy cases and proceedings nunc pro tunc, by which defendant seeks the referral of this case to the United States Bankruptcy Court. This case is hereby referred to the United States Bankruptcy Court, without prejudice to this court's later withdrawing the reference, for good cause shown, after pretrial proceedings are completed. The clerk of this court shall statistically close this case.
