This case is calendared for trial at the March 11, 2024, Hartford, Connecticut, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 6, 2024, petitioners filed a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Motion for Continuance (motion for leave) and lodged a Motion for Continuance. Petitioners indicated that respondent has no objection to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Motion for Continuance is granted, and the Clerk of the Court shall file petitioners Motion for Continuance, lodged March 6, 2024, as of the date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction will be retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 10, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report detailing the then-present status of this case.
