ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Atlanta, Georgia, Trial Session of the Court scheduled to begin on April 4, 2022. On March 4, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance of trial. Respondent states in the motion, among other things, that petitioner is currently incarcerated and will need additional time to substantiate her claims. Respondent's counsel further states that respondent mailed a letter to petitioner regarding the motion for continuance of trial but as of May 8, 2022, respondent's counsel has not received a response from petitioner. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before March 25, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's motion for continuance of trial. If petitioner fails to file a response as directed, the Court will grant respondent's motion. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service of this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall also serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at the following address:
