VALFANSO DEWITT, CLAIMANT, v. STATE OF NEW YORK, DEFENDANT.


PRESENT: , P. J., SMITH, CENTRA, FAHEY, AND PERADOTTO, JJ.

Claimant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person, for assignment of counsel, and for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on December 2, 2013, and having moved for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the statements of Valfonso DeWitt dated March 7, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to take an appeal is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed as moot.
