Present — Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and MacCrate, JJ.


The action is by the beneficiary of an insurance policy issued by defendant on the life of plaintiff's husband. The defense was that the death, which occurred within six months after the policy was issued, was suicidal. Defendant appeals from a judgment entered on a verdict in favor of plaintiff. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
