ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Roderick Dewalt ("Movant") appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 post-conviction relief motion without an evidentiary hearing. The motion court did not clearly err in denying Movant’s Rule 29.15 motion. We affirm

No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, we have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed under Rule 84.16(b).
