SANYA IRINA DEVORE & JEFFERY DEAN DEVORE, DECEASED, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE.

On March 13, 2024, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause directing the parties to show cause why the caption of this case should not be amended as, upon further review of the record, it does not appear the Petition was intended to be filed on behalf of Jeffery Dean DeVore, Deceased. No response has been received from petitioner Sanya Irina DeVore.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's above-referenced Order to Show Cause is made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Sanya Irina DeVore, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
