ORDER
PER CURIAM
Graham Sons Minerals, LLC (Graham Sons), and Pioneer Natural Resources USA, Inc. (Pioneer), have filed in this court a joint motion for partial dismissal of this appeal. The motion reflects that the parties "have settled the claims and controversies between them that are subject to this appeal." Graham Sons requests that we dismiss its appeal as to Pioneer, while its appeal as to the remaining parties continues. We are of the opinion that the motion for partial dismissal should be granted. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), (b).
Accordingly, we grant the joint motion for partial dismissal filed by Graham Sons and Pioneer, and Graham Sons' appeal as it relates to Pioneer is dismissed. Graham Sons' appeal remains active with respect to the remaining parties.
