Action to enjoin the defendants from conveying certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and referred to Hon. Joseph W. Bogdanski, state trial referee; judgment for the defendants, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. No error.

We agree with the findings and conclusions of the trial referee that the defendants disposed of city owned real estate properly and in accordance with applicable law.
