ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo, Chief Special Trial Judge.

Giving due regard to the statements contained in the petitioners' status report, filed June 28, 2023, and respondent's status report, filed July 7, 2023, it is

ORDERED that so much of respondent's motion to compel production of documents, filed February 24, 2021, is granted with respect to the documents described in respondent's above-mentioned status report (disputed documents). It is further

ORDERED that as soon as practical after receiving service of this Order, but not later than August 11, 2023, petitioners provide copies of the disputed documents to respondent's counsel in the manner described in respondent's motion. It is further

ORDERED that with respect to the imposition of sanctions, respondent's motion is denied without prejudice to renewal in the event that petitioners fail to comply with terms of this Order.
