SHERRY DEUTSCHMAN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This collection-due-process case is on the March 7, 2024 Reno, Nevada trial calendar. The parties moved to continue it, and we spoke with them today to talk about how to move the case forward. Respondent certainly needs to file the administrative record required by Rule 93. Ms. Deutschman needs time to sort out some serious problems in her personal life. These are reasonable first steps in a case that is not very old. With this to-do list in place, it can be

ORDERED that the parties' January 5, 2024 motion to continue is granted in that this case is stricken from the Court's March 7, 2024 Reno, Nevada trial calendar. It is also

ORDERED that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction. It is also

ORDERED that on or before February 26, 2024 respondent file a status report on his progress in filing the administrative record and whether Ms. Deutschman has secured pro bono assistance.
