ORDER TO DISBURSE BOND

Attorney Jamie K. Combs, Esq. of the Akerman law firm, on behalf of Plaintiff Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, tendered $500 to the Clerk of Court for deposit into the court's Registry Account as security for costs required under NRS 18.130 and my order at ECF No. 14. Once a bond is posted under NRS 18.130(1), it “must remain for the defendant's benefit until the action is dismissed or judgment is entered.” This action was resolved in favor of Deutsche Bank, and no costs or charges were awarded against it.
