DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 12, 2022 (two orders), and March 13, 2024, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated March 13, 2024. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals from the orders dated October 12, 2022, with the appeals from the order and the order and judgment both dated March 13, 2024, in effect, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders dated October 12, 2022, also to be filed in connection with the appeals from the order and the order and judgment both dated March 13, 2024, and for leave to file a supplemental record containing certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals from the orders dated October 12, 2022, are consolidated with the appeals from the order and the order and judgment, both dated March 13, 2024, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders dated October 12, 2022, are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeals from the order and the order and judgment, both dated March 13, 2024, and on or before December 26, 2024, the parties shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, replacement briefs which contain Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2024-04436 and 2024-04437 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. and 2023-00038 on the covers, and the appellant shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement record which also contains the order and the order and judgment, both dated March 13, 2024 and the notice of appeal from the order and the order and judgment, both dated March 13, 2024, and contains Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2024-04436 and 2024-04437 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. and 2023-00038 on the cover.
