Defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of all proceedings, including the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about May 14, 2019, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon demonstration that the bankruptcy stay is lifted. The interim relief granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated August 7, 2019, is hereby vacated.
