DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay the respondent from "filing or exhibiting" an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 6, 2011, to the courts or authorities of Romania, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order, and to recall and vacate an order on application of this Court dated February 21, 2012, which granted the respondent's application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
