Order

On order of the Court, the complaint is considered. We direct the Clerk to schedule oral argument on the proper disposition of the plaintiffs’ complaint, including whether the plaintiffs have sustained their claims on the merits or whether there are disputed questions of fact. The oral argument shall be held on January 26, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. MCR 7.306(J). In light of the expedited oral argument, the parties are not required to file briefs. The time allowed for oral argument shall be 30 minutes for each side. MCR 7.314.
