Defendant having moved for permission to file a corrected brief on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Court of Claims entered June 10, 2020 (denominated a motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that defendant is granted permission to file corrected briefs, and the briefs shall be filed on or before July 9, 2021.
