ON MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION


Appellant's motion for rehearing is granted, and this Court's previously issued opinion in Desravines v. State, 2008 WL 373419 (Fla. 4th DCA Feb.13, 2008) is withdrawn. The opinion is replaced by this court's affirmance of the order denying appellant's motion to correct illegal sentence.

Affirmed.
