The motion to compel is granted. The plaintiff is ordered to quantify the amount of his claimed damages in each category of damage he cites. He is ordered to provide the basis on which he made his calculations of the amount in question.

The plaintiff is ordered to answer interrogatory 5 and provide the releases requested by interrogatory 6. Having alleged emotional distress, pain and suffering, humiliation, indignity and personal harm, he has put his physical and mental condition at issue. To protect plaintiff's privacy, the information provided in response to these interrogatories is to be examined only by counsel for the defendants and their experts and employees. Absent prior approval of the Court, they are not to be given to, nor are their contents to be reported to, the defendants in this case.
