It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Lynne M. Blank, Esq., 1791 Plank Road, Webster, New York 14580, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent herein and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon each party to the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent submit his briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before April 3, 2020, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
