INJUNCTIONS, § 111when injunction against former employees' interference with operation of fluor spar mine is proper. Decree, whereby former employees of plaintiff were permanently enjoined from interfering, by threats, intimidation, etc., with plaintiff's operation of fluorspar mine, and such employees' counterclaim was, except for judgment in small amount, dismissed for want of equity, held, under evidence, to be proper.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Hardin county; the Hon. ROY E. PEARCE, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1944.
