DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants to stay the execution of the warrant of eviction pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the City Court of Middletown, Orange County, dated March 31, 2022.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellants perfect the appeal on or before November 29, 2022; and it is further, ORDERED that, in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before November 29, 2022, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
