In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Derico & Associates, P.C. v. Stewart, case No. 1–12–0624 (04/26/12), dismissing the appeal for lack of appellate jurisdiction. The appellate court is directed to reinstate the appeal and to treat the notice of appeal as timely filed.
