Summary judgment entered in favor of appellee Morris Kroop, Incorporated, is reversed, and the cause is remanded for resolution of the factual issues presented. Judgments on the pleadings entered in favor of appellees Stahl and A.B. Martin Roofing Contractors, Incorporated, are reversed and remanded on the authority of Williams v. Howard, 329 So.2d 277, 280 (Fla. 1976).

Reversed and remanded.
