The plaintiffs’ petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 203 Conn. App. 197, 247 A.3d 600, is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that the plaintiffs, as putative beneficiaries of a testamentary bequest, did not have standing to enforce the terms of that bequest under the ‘special interest’ exception to the rule giving the state's attorney general exclusive enforcement authority?"
