THIS MATTER is before the Court upon the parties' Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice, which is attached to this Order. It is:
ADJUDGED that this action is DISMISSED with prejudice. This Court retains jurisdiction to enforce post-settlement matters. It is also:
ADJUDGED that all pending motions in this case are DENIED AS MOOT, and this case is CLOSED.

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between counsel for all the parties that the above-captioned case has been amicably settled, and that the cause should be dismissed with prejudice with each party to bear their own costs and attorney's fees. This court reserves jurisdiction to enforce any post-settlement matters.IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that the Plaintiff shall satisfy any outstanding hospital liens, workers' compensation liens and other subrogated interests, and will protect and hold harmless the Defendant and their attorneys relative to same .
