ORDER

This 6th day of July, 2012, Plaintiff Deputy, having moved for appointment of counsel in this civil case, and the Court having denied Plaintiff's four prior motions, as well as having denied all motions for reargument on this issue,

Plaintiff's fifth motion for appointment of counsel is hereby DENIED AS UNDULY REPETITIVE.
