Coos County Circuit Court.

ORDER VACATING DECISION AND DISMISSING APPEAL

DARLEEN ORTEGA, Presiding Judge.

On April 25, 2012, this court issued its per curiam opinion ( Department of Human Services v. L.B.T., 249 Or.App. 525, 276 P.3d 284 [2012] ) reversing and remanding the judgment being appealed. Respondent now has informed the court that on April 24, 2012, mother signed a stipulated judgment terminating her parental rights. The trial court register shows that the judgment was entered in the trial court on the same date. Because the only issue raised on appeal of the permanency judgment was rendered moot by entry of the judgment of termination, the court determines that the appeal is moot and, on its own motion, vacates the April 25, 2012, decision and dismisses this appeal on that ground.

Appeal dismissed.
