Equity. Before GREENBERG, J. Decree nisi entered permanently enjoining defendant from taking any action against plaintiff with reference to a judgment note in amount of $170,000.00 in favor of defendant. Defendant's exceptions dismissed and final decree entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2390, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1974, No. 142. Argued June 14, 1978.
