Trespass for personal injuries. Before OLSZEWSKI, J. Order entered granting motion of defendant, Joseph Chopick, for compulsory nonsuit. Verdict entered in favor of plaintiffs and against defendant, Automatic Cigarette Service Company. Defendant's motions for judgment n.o.v., new trial and to take off nonsuit denied. Defendant, Automatic Cigarette Service Company, appealed. Appeal, No. 1077, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, July T., 1971, No. 1265. Argued September 12, 1978.
