The October 13, 1993, judgment of the Lawrence division of the District Court Department on the Department of Social Services (DSS) petition pursuant to G.L.c. 210, § 3, with respect to the appellant's daughter, is vacated, without decision on the merits of the appeal; and the case is, on the agreement of the parties, remanded to the Lynn Division of the District Court Department for further proceedings on the DSS's petition pursuant to G.L.c. 119, § 24.
