Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Mihalakos, J., upon the defendant's failure to appear, rendered judgment dissolving the marriage; thereafter, the court, F. Freedman, J., denied the defendant's motion to open the judgment, and the defendant appealed to this court. No error.

George Ganim, Jr., filed a brief for the appellant (defendant).

Elaine Gordon filed a brief for the appellee (plaintiff).
