Plaintiffs-appellants-respondents having taken appeals to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 26, 2019, from the subsequent judgment, same Court, entered on or about September 30, 2019, and from the order, same Court, entered on or about February 6, 2020; and defendants-respondents-appellants having cross-appealed from the order entered on or about September 26, 2019; and plaintiffs-appellants-respondents having moved to dismiss the aforementioned cross appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to plaintiffs-appellants-respondents to advance their arguments for dismissal in their cross-respondents' brief.
