ORDER

Cary Douglas Pugh, Judge.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's San Francisco, California trial session on February 6, 2023. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Prior to the call of the case the parties held a conference call with the Court and discussed the appropriateness of a continuance and subsequent to that call petitioner informally contacted the Court to advise that she would be unable to attend in person due to extenuating circumstances. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued on the Court's own motion. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 8, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a stipulated decision or a joint status report concerning the then-present status of the case.
