Order granting plaintiff's motion to strike out appellant's amended answer, to dismiss its counterclaim and for judgment on the pleadings against it, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Rich, Young, Seeger and Scudder, JJ., concur.
