An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about May 4, 2017, And third-party defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of trial pending determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion for a stay of trial is granted on condition that third-party defendants-appellants perfect their appeal on or before July 9, 2018 for the September 2018 Term of this Court, with no further enlargements to be granted.
