DENNY CHAN, ET AL., Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

L. Paige Marvel Judge

On February 28, 2022, respondent filed a status report in these consolidated cases. Also on February 28, 2022, petitioner Tramy T. Van filed a status report at docket no. 4460-17 and at docket no. 16506-18.

The Court's Orders issued August 23, 2021 and December 2, 2021, reminded the parties that these cases are consolidated and that any filings in these cases that do not conform with the proper filing requirements for consolidated cases would be stricken from the record. Because petitioner Tramy T. Van's filings, filed February 28, 2022, do not include all of the docket numbers in this consolidation, the docket numbers are not arranged in chronological order, and the filing is not in each of the consolidated cases, the Court will strike the February 28, 2022, filings from the record at docket no. 4460-17 and at docket no. 16506-18.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner Tramy T. Van's status reports, filed February 28, 2022, at docket no. 4460-17 and at docket no. 16506-18 are hereby stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 31, 2022, the parties shall file a status report regarding the then-current status of these consolidated cases.
