On March 26, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report in this case. On April 11, 2024, the Court's Chambers Administrator received a telephone call from Mrs. Dennis, petitioner's wife, who relayed that they were experiencing a family health emergency and had not yet had the opportunity to review documents sent to them by respondent's counsel. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that Court's Order to Show Cause, served September 12, 2023, is hereby discharged and respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed September 11, 2023, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before July 12, 2024, file with the Court a joint report or separate reports as to the then present status of this case. The parties may also file any motions they may deem appropriate at that time.
