Appellant Denbury Onshore, LLC has filed a motion to dismiss its appeal. We grant the motion and dismiss Denbury's appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). The Clerk of this Court is directed to change the style in this case to reflect that Denbury is no longer a party to this appeal. Further, with respect to Denbury's appeal only, all costs shall be incurred by the party or parties incurring same.
