Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Everett C. McKeage, Judge.

Action by Ilma Dempsey and another against Market Street Railway Company and others for personal injuries alleged to have been received by named plaintiff as the result of negligent operation of a street car of named defendant on which named plaintiff was a passenger. Verdict for defendant. From an order granting plaintiffs’ motion for new trial, defendants appeal.

Affirmed.
