This case is before the Court on petitioner's Motion To Proceed Remotely, filed January 27, 2023. In her motion, petitioner states that she does not have internet access to a computer with audio-visual capabilities. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 20, 2023, the parties shall confer regarding the status of the case and the parties' views as to the above-referenced pending motion. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 11, 2023, respondent shall file a response to this order noting concerns, if any, of the granting of the motion to proceed remotely, and shall therein advise the Court as to the progress in the case and whether the parties have conferred as directed.
