D'Emic v. Prudential Insurance Co.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Jan 29, 1973
272 So. 2d 830 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1973)

Opinion

No. 72-478.

January 29, 1973.

Appeal from Circuit Court for Broward County; C. Lavon Ward, Judge.

James V. Dolan, of Walsh, Dolan Krupnick, Fort Lauderdale, for appellants.

Clifford B. Wentworth, of Bradford, Williams, McKay, Kimbrell, Hamann Jennings, Miami, for appellee.

We have reviewed the briefs and record on appeal and heard oral argument. On the basis thereof, we are of the opinion that no reversible error has been made to clearly appear. The judgment appealed from is, therefore, affirmed. See The Maccabees v. Terry, Fla. 1953, 67 So.2d 193.

Affirmed.

WALDEN, OWEN, and MAGER, JJ., concur.
