Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about October 29, 2019, And plaintiffs-appellants-respondents, having moved for an extension of time to perfect their appeals and the appeals of defendants-respondents-appellants Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc., Center Sheet Metal, Inc., the Cannon Corporation doing business as Cannon Design, and Martin Associates, Inc., and fourth third-party defendant-respondent-appellant Analytical & Combustion Systems, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeals to the February 2021 Term.
