Demeritte v. Lehrer

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
May 22, 1986
487 So. 2d 1103 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1986)

Opinion

No. 84-2516.

April 2, 1986. Rehearing Denied May 22, 1986.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Palm Beach County; William C. Williams, III, Judge.

William M. Holland, of Holland Smith, West Palm Beach, for appellants.

Joel M. Weissman, of Joel M. Weissman, P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

Appellants have presented three points on their appeal, which have been seriously considered. However, in view of the status of this record and the failure to properly preserve objection to many of the alleged errors, we are compelled to hold that reversible error has not been demonstrated.

DOWNEY, J., and HURLEY, DANIEL T.K., and RIVKIND, LEONARD, Associate Judges, concur.
