Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiffs in an automobile accident allegedly caused by the defendants' negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the named defendant filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the plaintiffs withdrew their complaint; subsequently, the court, Vertefeuille, J., rendered judgment dismissing the counterclaim, and the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
