Argued March 19, 1971. Before BELL, C. J., JONES, EAGEN, O'BRIEN, ROBERTS, POMEROY and BARBIERI, JJ.

Appeal, No. 61, March T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, July T., 1964, No. 460, in case of Stanley December and Elizabeth Dembec, his wife, v. Clifford B. Grubbs and Rose M. Grubbs, his wife. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before SMITH, JR., J.

Adjudication and decree nisi filed ordering defendants to convey an undivided one-half interest in property to plaintiff, giving plaintiff a money judgment against defendants and denying plaintiff's claims to an interest in the defendants' business and for an accounting thereof; exceptions thereto by plaintiff and defendants dismissed, and final decree entered. Plaintiffs appealed.

Decree affirmed. Each side to pay one-half of the costs.
