ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

On April 5, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely to which there was no objection by respondent.

Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed April 5, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the week of the Court's May 15, 2023, New York City, New York trial session to be conducted remotely at a time and date certain of 10:00am (EST) on Friday, May 19, 2023.

This case will not be called at calendar call on Monday, May 15, 2023, and the parties are not required to appear at that time. Petitioner is reminded, however, that representatives from low- income taxpayer clinics may appear at the Monday calendar call and may be able to assist in understanding Tax Court procedures and prosecuting the case.

This Order constitutes official notice of trial to the parties.
