WAYNE H. DELVIS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

Pending before the Court is petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed March 29, 2023. Respondent filed a status report on November 9, 2023, which describes the status of the case. Because the status report is improperly titled, the Court will recharacterize respondent's filing.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Status Report filed November 9, 2023, is recharacterized as respondent's response to motion to proceed remotely. It is further

ORDERED that, unless the parties have submitted a proposed stipulated decision by January 25, 2024, then by that date, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if a joint report is not possible), in which the parties shall therein describe the current status of the case and of the above-referenced pending motion.
